We will have a practice OWS on Saturday, August 8 at 8am on the beach at Lake End Park in Morgan City. It will be a short 100m out and back course for practice, but you can do the course as many times as you like. We will have lifeguards on the course for support.
Feel free to also bring your bike and/or running shoes if you'd like to get out on the other courses that day.
We will also have a short volunteer meeting after the swim for head volunteers.

Charlie and Lisa, it was a good turn out, I enjoyed myself out there. If people want to try to do it again perhaps bringing the bike and running shoes afterwards to simulate the whole race, i'm game. Just let me know.
